Nice clean rooms. Pool and hot tub were good. Hot tub was little older with some tiles fallen off but had the best jets off all the past hotels I’ve been to in past months including other holiday inns.
Great hotel overall! 10/10 service, super friendly staff. Facilities were nice, the pool was great and the slide was super fun. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great value! Only complaint was the lack of parking spots at night - it was completely full!

It was my first time staying at this holiday inn express in Grande Prairie. Easy to find and situated in a good location having a pool, hot tub, hot and tasty breakfast, comfortable rooms, well kept, and amazing staff. Upon entering, I had the pleasure of having Mickey, the supervisor, help me in my duration of the stay. She was so wonderful, friendly, and provided amazing customer service. She is one of the reasons I'll stay at this location again in the future when I come back. I was welcomed with my platinum elite status, with a wonderful room upgrade, and a quick check in. Hotel is clean and well kept, so that was very impressive. My room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. There was ample room to relax and feel at home. I was able to get a great sleep, feeling good for the next day. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and tasty too, with plenty of options to choose from. Even the kitchen staff were very friendly and hospitable. Overall, excellent hotel, and worth the price you're paying. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying here again.
Wish I could give 6 star to the staff. (Sorry for any name misspelling) Kim helped me with the coins needed for laundry as I only had cards on me. Minnie at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff whom I forgot to ask her name was very kind.
I walked into the hotel and they had pizza and beer for guests. Listen, I can buy my own pizza and beer. I didn't even want them, but the simple fact they did this I'll come back. Boys just say here. We all know what it's like to be on the road. That one small gesture will keep me coming back
The staff here makes this place just a little more special than most hotels. I ran into a issue with my fight out and they were extremely helpful and comforting. Travel can be stressful enough but when you have a hotel where staff treats you like family, it just makes it so much easier. Oh and the breakfast options are awesome: I was able to have something different every day!
Super friendly staff, good breakfast, room was clean, coffee, and hot water in the lobby all day long. We washed our clothes in the secure laundry room.
